1. Minimum Reward - 5 Rewards = £0.50. Rewards are allocated to individual items for varied periods of time. Products and Rewards will be promoted by Perfection Plus Ltd via dental product retailers. Prices and promotions may vary.
2. Members are required to register in order to be awarded Rewards.
3. Reward scheme membership is only open to the practice principle or bill payer.
4. Rewards will be allocated on the three monthly (quarterly) basis. Members will be required to have earnt a minimum of 100 Rewards to qualify for voucher redemption.
